What type of Dunlop latex do you use?
All Dunlop latex used in our mattress is GOLS-certified organic. The primary criteria for GOLS certification are:
- the organic latex content must by 95% or greater.
- no synthetic latex can be used
Additionally, all latex is strenuously tested for harmful substances, VOC's
Dunlop is the original process of manufacturing natural rubbers and remains the optional process for 100% natural and organic latex products. Dunlop is the only process that has commercially available GOLS-certified organic latex products.
What is the difference between Dunlop and Talalay latex?
The primary difference between the two types of latex in centred around the vacuum and flash-freezing stage of the manufacturing process. This step creates a less dense more consistent latex but with a catch. In order to make up for the reduction in density, you need to increase the consistency of the latex mix. That is why most Talalay is mixed with SBR (Synthetic Rubber) and there is no commercially available GOLS Talalay latex.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all returns will be subject to a 20% re-stocking and recycling fee. Any shipping or delivery related charges are non-refundable.
What is your shipping policy?
Most items are handmade to order at our factory in Delta, BC, Canada. We strive to ship all orders within 10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Some items may take a little longer, while smaller items often ship in a few business days.
All mattresses thicker than 6" are shipped partially assembled and require basic assembly. The bottom six inches are already assembled in the cover, and any additional layers must be zipped into the mattress at home. Please exercise caution when opening to avoid damage.

All standard shipping is via the curbside service. What is curbside shipping? The shipping company will deliver the item to your home, but they won't go inside your home or enter common areas found in multi-family dwellings. (eg. Apartment lobby or to a floor in a Condo building). If you live in a very rural area or on a remote island, it may only be possible to deliver to a depot in the nearest town.

Good customer service but quality control is lacking. I initially bought two pillows, one came with a torn cover so I asked for an exchange, the seller is kind enough to offer a replacement. Along with the replacement pillow I ordered another set of wool pillow covers since the default cotton covers are very thin. I’m disappointed with the quality of the wool covers. They arrived in a poly bag with no sealed packaging, both covers have lots of loose threads (which I don’t mind trimming off), but a couple of the threads are completely loose ends are coming apart… the material feels nice and thick but with these seams already undone upon arrival, I’m not sure how long it will last.
About packaging: Like the pillows, these covers do not come in any individual packaging, and the labels said no wash or dry clean. For a bedding product that can’t be washed or cleaned, I would really prefer it to be in a sealed packaging so I know it’s fresh and clean.
Please do better on quality control, both orders have obvious product quality defect that can be easily seen upon order fulfillment.
Absolutely LOVE this pillow, best Ive ever had, and compliments our organic latex mattress perfectly. It molds to any shape you need to support your head and neck. After 2 whiplashes this is crucial to a good nights sleep for me! The fill is very comfortable because you don't feel any lumps as you do with a larger chunk filling.
It is very generously filled too, I needed to remove 1/4 - 1/3rd of the filling to make it a perfect size for me, as did my husband. I think a regular pillow could easily fill a king size case!
Adding or removing the filling can get messy though! I did it in the bath!
There is a slight odour at first, but this does dissipate, and with a protector and then pillow case hardly noticeable at all.
The price is extremely good, others of this quality are around $150/$180.

I have chronic neck pain and have tried many pillows over the last five years. I can’t remember how I learned about this pillow - online ad maybe? - but I tried it on a whim and it totally changed my life. I have three of these now and they’re perfect. Just enough firmness to support your neck but also not too hard or thick.
