The Latex Eurotop Futon Mattress combines our standard mattresses with a 2” GOLS Organic Dunlop Latex topper to create our softest futon mattress. Although soft for a futon, our Latex Eurotop still has the firm support you would expect from a cotton-based mattress. Suitable for daily use as a futon sofa bed or mattress.

Does the futon mattresses have an odour?

We use raw cotton batting, and some people will initially notice an earthly smell that goes away withing a few weeks.

Why do you only have futon samples?

Our factory showroom has limited space and we have prioritized our latex mattresses. The large futon samples (25"x39") can be arranged in such a fashion that allows you to sample the feel of the model of choice.

What type of Dunlop latex do you use?

All Dunlop latex used in our mattress is GOLS-certified organic. The primary criteria for GOLS certification are:

the organic latex content must by 95% or greater.
no synthetic latex can be used

Additionally, all latex is strenuously tested for harmful substances, VOC's

Dunlop is the original process of manufacturing natural rubbers and remains the optional process for 100% natural and organic latex products. Dunlop is the only process that has commercially available GOLS-certified organic latex products.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, all returns will be subject to a 20% re-stocking and recycling fee. Any shipping or delivery related charges are non-refundable.

What is your shipping policy?

Most items are handmade to order at our factory in Delta, BC, Canada. We strive to ship all orders within 10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Some items may take a little longer, while smaller items often ship in a few business days.

April 4, 2025 - The current lead time for futon mattresses is up to 15 business days.

All mattresses thicker than 6" are shipped partially assembled and require basic assembly. The bottom six inches are already assembled in the cover, and any additional layers must be zipped into the mattress at home. Please exercise caution when opening to avoid damage.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $2500

All standard shipping is via the curbside service. What is curbside shipping? The shipping company will deliver the item to your home, but they won't go inside your home or enter common areas found in multi-family dwellings. (eg. Apartment lobby or to a floor in a Condo building). If you live in a very rural area or on a remote island, it may only be possible to deliver to a depot in the nearest town.

A big upgrade

A big upgrade over my last mattress. Delivery was quick.

Third times the charm

This is my third futon from Majestic and they keep getting better and better. I've tried other options but I always come back to futons. Much more comfortable than they used to be.

Exactly what I wanted

Lynne was very nice and helpful. She spend a lot of time with me to make sure I got the right futon. The only downside is that's it's very heavy.
