Where many other futon manufacturers import recycled materials to craft their futons, we utilize pure, virgin cotton, and all of our futon mattresses are made right here in Canada, giving them that local touch. We source all of our materials locally to minimize our impact on the environment. 

Using only cotton to create a futon mattress will result in a surface that is quite firm and not as comfortable as you might like it to be. To combat this common futon mattress problem, we layer the cotton between sheets of our innovative BioFoam. Not only does this enhance your comfort, but it also adds to the durability of the futon mattress. 

Finally, we add a layer of organic Dunlop latex, memory foam or HR foam to the top of our premium futon mattresses. This makes the surface even more luxurious, whether you are lounging around watching TV or going to bed for the night.
